The delegation of Chinese professors was led by Professor Jiong Xu, Director General, the Cyberspace Administration of Shanghai Municipality.

A special guest of INIS was prof.dr Vladimir Tomasevic, the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Management. During the friendly and cordial meeting, experiences were exchanged in the fight against cyber actors that threaten security.

It was pointed out that most of today’s cyber security experts do not actually know what it is and even less that cyber security is a part of security and the science of security is applied to security.

Most cybersecurity experts in today’s world are those who respond to cyber attacks with protective measures or attacks themselves.

These are IT experts. IT experts are only one-third of Cyber ​​Security, which implies knowledge of Security Science, criminal acts committed in the cyber sphere from cyber terrorism, cyber coup d’état, cyber crime, hybrid actions, etc.

It is also necessary to know international and national legal frameworks for preventing cyber security, then, cyber analytics, cyber predictions, and trends up to the prevention of cyber crimes.

In other words, it is not enough to have skills in the IT field and to know how and in what way attacks of the DDS type are carried out.

It was pointed out that there is no international Cyber ​​Security certification.
