Shlomo Mofaz is Director of The Meir Amit Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center (ITIC) (https://www.terrorism-info.org.il/en/). He is an expert and researcher in intelligence and counter-terrorism. A retired colonel from Israeli Defense Forces’ (IDF) Military Intelligence (MI), he has a diverse background as an intelligence officer. His has practical, operative and academic experience in intelligence and counter terrorism, research, risk and threat assessment, strategic consulting and project management. Mr. Mofaz has a BA in Middle East history; an MA in political science and is a PhD candidate in political science.
