He obtained a CBRN Defence Engineer degree in Russia. He took part in the nuclear accident prevention tasks of the Hungarian Armed Forces. He was an operations officer and Serbian interpreter in the NATO SFOR mission.
He was the Head of Emergency Management in the National Disaster Management Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior. The basis for the regulation of national critical infrastructure protection is connected to his name.
Summa cum laude earned a degree in Critical Infrastructure Protection. He has successfully completed several defence courses, including a postgraduate course of Civil-Military Responses to Terrorism and a course for NATO CBRN trainers.
He is lecturer of subjects Industrial Safety and Disaster Management and Civil Protection as an assistant professor at the University of Óbuda.
He is a member of the Hungarian Law Enforcement Society and the Hungarian Military Science Society and the Hungarian Combustion Science Society. He is member of editorial board of the Civil Defence Review and the Technical Military Review.
He speaks Serbian and Russian and English.
