INIS member prof.dr Jagannath Panda attended and spoke at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF) titled “Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World”, 11-13 April 2025, Turkey.
He was on the panel with H.E. Abdulla Khaleel – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Maldives, and Dr. Atsushi Sunami – President, Sasakawa Peace Foundation, Japan, with an excellent Reagan Des Vignes of the TRT World, moderating the event. This panel addressed a few critical questions: Uncertainty and instability in Asia-Pacific/Indo-Pacific, US-China Rivalry, Maritime Security, mounting Climate Crisis in Tibet, and the greater Himalayan region.
H.E. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed the event. Prof.dr Panda has the pleasure of meeting, among others, H.E. Sukuruye Bayar, H.E. Chihad Erginay, H.E. Hasanti Dissanayeke, and H.E. Muktesh Pardeshi
