Prince Albert Club, Brussels. The Belgian Center for Intelligence Studies -BISC organized a conference on security threats in South-Eastern Europe. The focus of the presentation was on the fact that Serbia is not part of the Russian proxy apparatus, but that it is a victim of the Russian hybrid war and that the West should not look at Serbia as a Russian accomplice instead, of a victim.
