Professor Swaran SinghSenior Research Fellow of the Institute for National and International Security (INIS) and Professor of International Relations at Jawaharlal Nehru University, delivered two invited lectures on 2 February 2026 at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) in New Delhi.

The lectures were organized within the framework of IIPA’s 51st Course of the Advanced Professional Programme in Public Administration, a prestigious programme for senior civil servants and public-sector professionals.
