Papers can be presented in Polish or English. Speakers are asked to prepare short multimedia presentations in English – this is a mandatory requirement.

Articles for publication
It is also planned to publish the articles submitted to the conference in English in the WSBPI quarterly “Apeiron” entitled “Security Dimensions”. Articles should be sent by June 30 , 2024 .
“Security Dimensions” (ISSN 2353-7000) has been published since 2007. It is an international peer-reviewed open access journal. Our quarterly received 40 points on the MEiN list, and is also indexed in such databases as: ERIH PLUS, NSD, Publication Forum, CEJSH, CEEOL and ICV (in the last two years with a maximum number of 100 points).

April 20, 2024 – deadline for reporting to the organizers the willingness to take part in the conference in person (on-site).
April 30 , 2024 – deadline for sending the application form with the abstract and the conference fee
June 30, 2024 – deadline for submitting the conference paper
Conditions of participation in the conference:
The fee for participation in the conference depends on the method of participation in the conference:
- full-time participation (including lunch, coffee breaks and banquet and fee for submitting an abstract and an article with a certificate of active participation with publication) – PLN 500
- stationary participation without publications (including lunch, coffee breaks and banquet) with a certificate of participation – PLN 430
- online participation (including abstract and article submission fee) – PLN 350
- the fee for doctoral students is:
for participation in the stationary form – PLN 250 ; for online participation – PLN 100
The conference fee must be paid by April 30 , 2024 .
