The Institute for National and International Security (INIS) had the distinct honor of awarding its Golden Plaque to Colonel Dominik Konieczny, Defence, Military and Air Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Republic of Serbia.
The award ceremony took place at the INIS Headquarters in Belgrade. Representing INIS at the ceremony were Prof. Branislav Todorović, Director of Scientific Projects at INIS, and Colonel (Ret.) Saša Stefanović, Secretary General of INIS. The Golden Plaque was formally presented on behalf of INIS by Prof. Dr. Darko Trifunović, Director of INIS.
The INIS Golden Plaque is awarded in recognition of outstanding contributions to the promotion of Security Science and a strong commitment to advancing Security Culture. Through his professional engagement, dedication to international cooperation, and support for academic and security dialogue, Colonel Konieczny has made a valuable contribution to strengthening these important principles.
INIS expresses its sincere appreciation to Colonel Dominik Konieczny for his continued support of international security cooperation and for promoting the values of professional excellence, knowledge exchange, and Security Science.
