One of the most prestigious Chinese universities, FUDAN University from Sanghai, organizes an international scientific conference called “Shanghai Forum” from May 26-28. Partners are organized by numerous world universities such as Yale University, Georgetown University, London School of Economics and Political Science, Goethe University, Waseda University, Chinese University of Hong Kong and others. The conference was held under the working title “Asia’s Responsibility in the Changing World”. Dr Darko Trifunovic, head of the INIS and visiting professor at FUDAN University, gave a lecture titled: “Security assessments and risk factors – an asymmetrical threat with One Belt and one way”. Also, Professor Liliana Popescu, Vice-Rector of the National School of Political and Administrative Studies from Romania, as well as a member of the Institute for National and International Security, held a lecture on the same panel. The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Zhang Jiadong, Director of One Belt Center, one time by FUDAN University
