General program:
The program aims to provide participants with an expert and operational understanding of modern weapons, tactical equipment and
methods used by special forces and intelligence services, both in conventional and hybrid operations, with a special focus on security
challenges in Europe and the Balkans.
Program structure:
Total duration: 1 day / 8 hours

Modules and Content:
🔹 Module 1: Introduction to Special and Intelligence Operations
• The role of special units in national and international security
• Division and classification of special and intelligence missions
• Review of special units of foreign armed forces
🔹 Module 2: Personal assets and equipment of special units
• Standard formation weapons and equipment
• Special purpose weapons
• Ballistics and tactical use of weapons in urban and rural environments
• Special explosives and other improvised means.
🔹 Module 3: Common assets and equipment used in special and intelligence operations
• Drones and robotics
• Electronic means
• Thermal imaging means and equipment for operations at night
🔹 Module 4: Unconventional means in special operations
• Chemical, biological, radiological and psychoactive substances
• Improvised means
• Examples from real operations
🔹 Module 5: Hybrid Warfare and Asset Use
• Use of weapons in hybrid and special conditions
• Information operations
• Psychological operations
• Cyber actions

Learning outcomes:
Attendees will:
• Understand the characteristics of modern tactical and covert weapons
• Distinguish between special and intelligence doctrines
• Ability to analyze operational scenarios through the security and legal prism of operations
• Gain insight into the modern challenges of controlling the use of special units and assets

• Evaluation and certificate by the Institute – INIS
