Visit of the Ambassador of Romania to the Faculty of Security Studies

Her Excellency Ambassador of Romania to the Republic of Serbia, Ms. Oana-Cristina POPA, Ph.D with Associate Minister, Adviser in the Romanian Embassy Mr. Flavius ​​Cosmin HALACESCU May 30, 2017. she visited the Faculty of Security and met with the Dean of the Faculty, prof. Ivica Radović, Ph.D., Vice-Dean of the Faculty prof. Dr. Želimir Kesetović, Dr. Darko Trifunović Director of the Institute for National and International Security and the Secretary of the Faculty, Mrs. Neven Nastić.

The conversation was conducted in an extremely cordial and friendly spirit, and on that occasion, a mutual high interest in the mutual cooperation between the Faculty of Security and the academic institutions of Romania was noted.

Bearing in mind the extremely high-quality lecture delivered at the Faculty of Security by the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Mr. Marko Djuric, as well as Romania’s firm stance regarding the non-recognition of independence of Kosovo and Metohija, the meeting recognized the possibility of the recent organization of the round- a chair at the Faculty of Security, attended by ambassadors of five EU countries that did not recognize Kosovo and Metohija, as well as high representatives of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija of the Republic of Serbia, led by Mr. Marko Djuric.
