INIS Institute members visit two Israeli important scientific academic organizations: Israeli Intelligence Heritage and Commemoration Centers (IICC) and ICT Institute for Counter-terrorism
During his visit to Israel, Prof. Dr. Darko Trifunovic, director of the Institute for National and International Security, met with the director of the largest Institute for Counter-Terrorism in the world, Prof. Dr. Boaz Ganor. The possibilities of cooperation between two related institutes were considered, given that INIS is the largest scientific society in the world in the field of security science.
Likewise, Prof. Dr. Darko Trifunovic was accepted at the highest possible level in The Meir Amit Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center (ITIC), which is managed by Colonel (r.) Prof. Dr. Sholomo Mofaz. On the same occasion, a meeting was held with General (r) David Tzur, the legend of Israel’s security, General (r) Prof. Dr. Ephraim Lapid (INIS), Colonel (r.) Prof. Dr. Shaul Shay (INIS) as well as Colonel (r.) Prof. Dr. Yonathan Fighel (INIS) in which so far the highest level of admission of a scientist from Serbia. On that occasion, they discussed new methods of work of intelligence services as well as methods of security science. Also, scientific cooperation and the exchange of lecturers, as well as the organization of a joint Certificate course in the field of National Security, were agreed upon.
