S was presented as the largest scientific society in Europe from Security Science, whose members are more than 100 of the most prominent professors, scientists, and experts from more than 35 countries. Numerous activities of INIS were pointed out, which aim, among other things, to promote the concept of science diplomacy. There is an open possibility that INIS, together with its partners, will organize an international scientific conference dedicated to Serbian-Greek relations through the prism of security and security challenges and risks in the coming period.

The event was held in the large hall of the University of Novi Pazar and was attended by security experts from the Institute for National and International Security INIS, representatives of the International University in Novi Pazar, representatives of the board of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and students. This meeting is a unique example of cooperation between security experts of two neighboring countries with the aim of promoting peace and security in the Balkans, as well as the security aspects of Serbian-Bosnian relations.
 
The round table began with the signing of an agreement on cooperation between the University and the Institute, which was signed by the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Bećirović and the Director of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Trifunović.
 
The director of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Darko Trifunovic, awarded a gold plaque for his outstanding contribution to the development and promotion of Security, Peace, and Mutual understanding between different cultural, ethical, and religious groups to the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Bećirović and Prof. Dr. Jahja FEHRATOVIĆ, Member of Parliament and President of the Subcommittee for Science and Higher Education.
 
The introductory parts of the conference consisted of the following speeches:

Mr. Aleksandar Marković, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Defense and Internal Affairs
Dr. Mevlud Dudić, president of the Meshihat of the Islamic Community in Serbia
Prof. Dr. Darko Trifunović, director of the Institute, spoke on the topic: “Security threats and risks in Southeast Europe: Serb-Bosniak security forum for reconciliation and resolution of crisis situations”

Prof. Dr. Sandi Dizdarević “Common global security challenges and risks of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, SM, with the application of a common, friendly and security concept for risk reduction and crisis resolution”
Asst. Dr. Samra Dečković “Intercultural education – today’s necessity”
Colonel (retired) Boško Zorić “Serbian Army as an agent of security for all citizens of the Republic of Serbia”
 
At the end of the meeting, there was a discussion with questions and answers where it was concluded that “peace in the Balkans has no alternative and that peace and stability is the only way that provides prosperity to the peoples of Southeast Europe”.
